📋1. Acceptance of Terms

Each individual may register only one account on 44bat. Duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same person are not permitted and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any pending bonuses, and cancellation of open bets. If you suspect that a duplicate account has been created in your name without your consent, please contact our support team immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 44bat will not be held liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your username and password. You must notify 44bat immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

• Account verification (KYC) may be required before processing your first withdrawal. You must submit valid government-issued identification documents such as a National ID card or passport.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their account information remains current and accurate at all times. Outdated or incorrect information may result in delayed payments or account restrictions.

All monetary transactions on 44bat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 44bat does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
